Can I cancel my Thistle Hotels booking?
Yes, although it depends on the type of booking you have made. If you booked a ‘Flexible Rate’ room, you’ll be able to cancel your booking up to 2:00 pm the day before your arrival. ‘Advance Saver’ and ‘Pre-Pay and Save’ bookings will not be eligible for cancellation.
Do I need to pay for parking at Thistle Hotels?
This depends on your chosen hotel. If your hotel has a customer car park, there may be a charge to use it throughout the duration of your stay. For more information, be sure to check out the Thistle Hotels website.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in at Thistle Hotels is available from 3:00 pm onwards, although earlier check-in times can be requested at the time of booking. Check out is normally 11:00 am on your day of departure.
